Being a volunteer at Sydney Harbour Hike is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a unique Sydney event und show your support for The Fred Hollows Foundation.

The Foundation knows and recognises that volunteers are a crucial part of a smooth running and successful event.

There are various roles available, from marshalling, registration, set-up and pack-down, information and much more. You will be able to indicate the area that you are most interested in on the application form.

As a Volunteer you will receive the following benefits:

The Fred Hollows Foundation is committed to child safety. We have a zero tolerance of child abuse. Our robust human resources, recruitment and vetting practices are strictly adhered to during the application process. Volunteers should be aware that we carry out working with children, police records and reference checks as we see fit to ensure that we are recruiting the right people to help us. Some roles in Sydney Harbour Hike require the volunteer to hold a current Working with Children Check card. You can obtain such a card here at Service NSW.
